Terms & Conditions

    * All rates are quoted in United States Dollars and include government taxes

    * Villa rates are categorized in high, low and peak seasons

    * A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation at Gunung Payung Villa

    * Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days

    * Deposits and final payments are non-refundable

    * Payment can be made by credit card (Visa/Master/Amex) or by bank telegraphic transfer inclusive of bank transfer fees

    * Villa check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 12 noon. A late check out can be arranged until 6pm at half the rental rate subject to availability

    * There is a minimum stay requirement of three (3) nights in low season, (5) nights in high season and (7) nights in peak season.

    * The rental rate is inclusive of return private airport transfers and a car with driver for up to 10 consecutive hours per day excluding fuel.

    * There is a 20% service charge on top of all supermarket shopping receipts

    * The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it’s staff, employees or agent.
